We provide credit assistance in relation to debt‑management and credit‑repair services — including helping you deal with creditors, work towards arrangements on your debts, and address concerns about your credit file.
Our services are results‑based. The fees that apply to your situation are set out in full in your service agreement before you sign up, so you always know the cost before you commit.
From time to time we pay a referral fee to third parties who refer customers to us. We only pay a referral fee where the referred customer signs up for our services — not simply for being referred. Where a referral fee has been paid in connection with your matter, the amount paid is set out in your service agreement.
